Kazim Shrine Virtual Stated Meeting – 01/2021

Illustrious Sirs, Nobles, and Ladies,

Per Shriners International General Order #3, we are authorized to hold an electronic annual, Special or stated meeting. Due to the ongoing restrictions with Covid-19 and in trying to keep everyone safe the Board of Directors has voted unanimously to transition the Stated Meeting and Installation of Officers scheduled on January 2nd to be a Virtual Meeting for our members to attend.  The only membership present should be the current Divan (Elected and Appointed), the Office-Elect and Office-Appointed Divan, Installation team, and the Presidents and Directors from Clubs and Units which can also serve as a way for Clubs and Units to present any type of donation.

We will be using Zoom to accommodate the Virtual Meeting, but there is a limit of 100 people.  In order to get the access link to join us on January 2nd you will need to register prior to the event so we can confirm that you are a member and that you are in good standing with the Temple.  This will also alleviate any issues that may arise from unknown people joining the Zoom session who would tamper with the session.  Once you register for the event a new email will be sent to you once verification is done and will explain how you should proceed on January 2nd.
